CHIANTI RISERVA DOCG “FAGIANO” UGGIANO

This red wine comes from the Toscana region of Italy. It has aromas of black cherry, dried forest fruits and vanilla. More rich berry and plum characters on the palate with spicy, meaty notes and a dry tannic bite on the finish. Try this with pici pasta and ragu, or pappardelle pasta with porcini mushrooms.
