DOMAINE MOUTARD-DILIGENT BOURGOGNE ROUGE- PINOT NOIR

This lovely red comes from the Burgundy region of France. It is medium-bodied, dry. Flush with raspberry on the nose and throughout the palate. Crunchy berry flavor on a dry finish of minerals, tannin, and bright acidity. Moutard-Diligent Bourgogne pairs beautifully with roast pork, spare-ribs on the grill, poached salmon, and pastas.
