J. BAUMER RHEIN RIESLING

The JBaumer wine lineup is anchored by a stunning, medium dry Riesling, which is a combination of grapes from their own estate and also sourced from leading vineyards in the Rheingau wine growing region of Germany. Flavor profile is lightly fruity, fresh and crisp, medium sweet. Bright aromatics with hints of pear, white apple blossoms are followed by medium sweet, bright tropical fruit notes combine with hints of minerality. Pairs well with shellfish, smoked oysters, sushi, curry, and sweet & sour pork. It also goes well with fresh fruit tarts and mild cheeses.
