MARCHESI BISCARDO VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO

Ripasso means pass again, because it is obtained by re-passing the Valpolicella wine on top of the skins of the Amarone (a full-bodied wine made with semi-dried grapes). With this process, the Ripasso gets more color, body, tannins, and complexity. This wine pairs perfectly with roasted meats, games, and aged cheeses.
