MAUI SAUVIGNON BLANC

The MAUI range of wines takes their name from MAUI, the demi-god who as legend tells us captured the sun and pulled New Zealand out of the sea. MAUI was a great adventurer with an inquisitive nature and a fearless spirit. This wine was sourced from vineyards in the Upper Wairau Valley in Marlborough. The flavor profile includes Aromas of citrus and peach complexed with a background of herbal notes that merge together to create a welcoming bouquet. Underlying aromas of grapefruit and gooseberry add zingy notes. Pairs well with crumbed white fish with new seasons asparagus, new potatoes and aioli.
